1-HOW LONG HAVE I GOT TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ARTICLE?

You have 14 calendar days from the day you received your package for any exchanges or returns.

2-WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR EXCHANGING OR RETURNING A GARMENT?

Do not exceed the maximum period of 15 days from the date of receipt.

The garment must be in perfect condition, unused, in its original packaging together with its delivery note, with all its original labels on and must not have been changed in any way. If these conditions are not met, the garment will be returned to the client at their own expense.

No garments which have been made to order or specially adjusted can be exchanged.

3-HOW SHOULD I MAKE A RETURN?

To request a refund you should do the following:

3.1- Fill in the returns form (download it here), indicating which items you want to return and explaining why you are returning them.

3.2- Write to us at devolucioneseandbow.com requesting a pickup, indicating the order number, the garments you wish to return and the pickup date and address.

3.3-Pack the items you wish to return in their original packing, in perfect condition and deliver it to the courier (free of charge). E & Bow will be responsible for the cost of returning items.

3.4- Once we have received the garments and have checked that they are in perfect condition, you will receive an email informing you about the refund. Please remember that the refund will be made using the same means of payment as the original purchase. You will obtain the refund when it has been cleared by your bank (how long each bank takes may vary).

4-HOW CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

To request an exchange, you must take the following steps:

4.2- Write an email to changeseandbow.com, requesting a pickup, indicating the order number, the garments you wish to exchange, address and delivery and pickup date for the new garment.

4.3- Pack the items you wish to return in their original packing, in perfect condition and deliver it to the courier (free of charge). E & Bow will be responsible for the cost of returning items.

4.4- Once we have received the garments and checked that they are in perfect condition, you will receive an email informing you that the exchange has been made.

4.5-For exchanges outside the Iberian peninsula, please contact us at infoeandbow.com.

5- AFTER MAKING AN EXCHANGE, CAN I RETURN THE NEW ARTICLE?

Yes, within 15 days from the date you receive the new article.

6- HOW AND WHEN YOU WILL RECEIVE THE REFUND

You will receive the amount via the same means of payment used in your original purchase in an estimated time of 7-15 days, depending on your bank.
